t is possible to climb on the main top of The West Tatras to the "Gaborovo sedlo" or "Bystre sedlo". Passage Rackova valley witch continues on the yellow line is the most atractive for the tourists. A stony path going trough the scrub is quit steep but the nice views on the tops of Tatras are very romantic.
Though several versions of a story narrating the origin of the castle exist, one thing is certain: The first reference to the castle is from 1341 as novum castrum. The castle, made of stone, was built by the head of the Zvolen province, Donč, at the beginning of the 14th century when the land of several squires was confiscated beforehand.

Besenova is very good known in all the world for it´s thermal pools. It is build on the base of medical waters which mined from the depth of 1987m. Water has about 62 C above the ground.. The visitors can use 6 swimming pools where is a water cooling on the normal temperature for the people and it affects very fresh and comfortably.
